Chesapeake Corporate Advisors Facilitates Recapitalization and Management Restructuring for Vetegrity, LLC
Chesapeake Corporate Advisors (CCA) has recently announced its role as the exclusive financial advisor to Vetegrity, LLC, a prominent provider of professional services to the Department of Defense and intelligence community. The successful recapitalization and concurrent management restructuring conducted by CCA will enable Vetegrity to continue its tradition of innovation and deliver high-value services to government clients.
The strategic recapitalization positions Vetegrity for long-term growth and enhanced financial flexibility, allowing the company to pursue new opportunities, strengthen its market presence, and sustain its growth trajectory. CCA played a pivotal role in this process by providing tailored guidance and structuring the recapitalization to support Vetegrity’s objectives and future success.
As part of the management restructuring, Sean Keller, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the intelligence community, joins Vetegrity as Chief Strategy Officer. Keller’s background in driving growth for government services at leading organizations in the government contracting space will be instrumental in shaping Vetegrity’s future.
Additionally, current CEO Ken Foxton will transition to an executive consulting role, while founder Mark Feffer assumes the CEO position. Feffer’s three decades of experience in federal contracting and business development, particularly with the DoD and intelligence community, will be invaluable in leading Vetegrity forward.
Mark Feffer, founder and CEO of Vetegrity, expressed his gratitude to the CCA GovCon team for their expertise and guidance throughout the process. The CCA investment banking team, led by Managing Director Marty O’Neill, Vice President Andy Spears, and Analyst Miles Galley, provided strategic advice and support to Vetegrity.
CCA’s deep expertise in the government contracting sector proved invaluable in guiding Vetegrity through this important milestone in the company’s growth journey. RKW Law Group served as legal counsel to Vetegrity during the transaction.
Founded in 2008, Vetegrity specializes in providing engineering support to the Defense Department and Intelligence Community, with core competencies in Information Technology, Data Center Design and Operation, Facility Engineering, and System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA).
