Amazon Business Celebrates Third Annual Small Business Month with New Educational Resources and Grants Opportunity
Amazon Business is making waves in the small business community with the launch of its Small Business Success Studio and the 2024 Small Business Grants program. As small businesses continue to face challenges such as high inflation, labor costs, and supply chain distribution, many are looking to invest in procurement and adopt artificial intelligence technologies to stay ahead in 2024.
The Small Business Success Studio, an online resource center, offers free educational tools and resources to help small businesses start, run, and grow their business. Additionally, the 2024 Small Business Grants program provides eligible small businesses in the U.S. the chance to win over $250,000 in monetary grants, with one grand prize winner, 4 finalists, and 10 semi-finalists.
Shelley Salomon, vice president of Amazon Business Worldwide, expressed the company’s commitment to supporting small businesses, stating, “Driving education and getting funds to small businesses who are driving impact in their local communities is something we’re very passionate about at Amazon Business.”
The Small Business Grants program aims to spur innovation and support the growth of small businesses that are making a difference in their communities. Previous grant recipients, like GiftAMeal, have used the funds to expand their reach and make a greater impact on those in need.
With a focus on equipping small businesses with the tools they need to succeed, Amazon Business is dedicated to helping businesses overcome challenges and free up time and resources to focus on their mission and customers. Small businesses interested in applying for the grants can do so by May 24, 2024, with winners set to be announced on July 22, 2024.
