Leadership Appointments at Burson, LIV Golf’s New CMO, GuidePoint Security’s CMO Hire
Burson, the newly formed unit resulting from the merger of BCW and Hill & Knowlton, has announced the appointment of Chad Latz, Grant Toups, and Chris Kief to key leadership positions. Latz, currently the global chief innovation officer at BCW, will continue in that role at Burson, focusing on leading the unit’s innovation efforts and product development with a focus on AI-first solutions. Toups, the global chief technology officer at Hill & Knowlton, will take on the role of global chief digital and intelligence officer at Burson, overseeing a team deploying digital/social communications, reputation enhancement and defense, technology/AI advisory, and advanced intelligence solutions. Kief, the global chief technology officer at BCW, will retain his position at Burson, leading the unit’s enterprise technology strategy.
In other news, LIV Golf has appointed former PepsiCo SVP Adam Harter as its new CMO. With over 22 years of experience at PepsiCo, Harter will lead all marketing activities at LIV Golf, including developing league and team brands, growing the global fan base, and promoting partnerships. LIV Golf commissioner and CEO Greg Norman expressed excitement about Harter’s addition to the team, citing his world-class skills and experience.
Additionally, cybersecurity solutions company GuidePoint Security has welcomed Rachel Haag as its new CMO. Haag, who previously held marketing roles at companies such as Workato, Uber Freight, and Cisco Cloud Security, will oversee GuidePoint’s marketing organization and help drive the company’s growth with her strategic vision and leadership.
