Ekta Mahajan has joined as the new learning and development manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. With expertise in client and guest relations, digital communications, and brand training, Mahajan will oversee learning and development initiatives at The Leela Gandhinagar.
Parita Vaghela has also been appointed as the marketing, communications, and public relations manager. With a background in digital marketing, PR management, and social media trends, Vaghela will lead the hotel’s marketing and communication strategies to elevate the brand’s presence. Both Mahajan and Vaghela bring a wealth of experience from their previous roles in renowned hospitality chains.
Mahajan holds a degree in hotel management and is currently pursuing a PG diploma in training and development, while Vaghela has a master’s degree in commerce and a certification in digital marketing. Their addition to The Leela Gandhinagar’s management team is expected to bring fresh perspectives and drive growth for the luxury hotel.
