City of Long Beach Launches Level Up LB Small Business Makeover and Grant Program

The City of Long Beach is offering a unique opportunity for local small business owners to level up their marketing game and potentially receive a $10,000 grant through the Level Up LB: Extreme Small Business Makeover and Grant Program. Led by the Long Beach Department of Economic Development, this initiative aims to support 25 small businesses with services such as business plan workshops and grant funding.

Director of Economic Development Bo Martinez emphasized the importance of investing in small businesses to boost the local economy and create vibrant neighborhoods. The Inclusive Business Navigators Program will provide outreach, application assistance, and workshops to help businesses succeed in the program.

Participants in Level Up LB will have access to one-on-one business coaching, strategic planning, marketing and branding support, social media promotion, and more. Those who complete the program requirements will be eligible for a $10,000 grant to invest in their business.
